24/7 Launch Day!

On the 24th of November we held our Family Fun Day to launch our new 24/7 gym and Virtual Fitness classes!

With so many activities on the day such as back to back virtual classes, Technogym goodie bag giveaways, childcare open for enquiries, Swimming lesson promo’s, Sausage sizzle, jumping castle, pool inflatable and ongoing hourly 24/7-member inductions it was a huge day!!!

It was great to see members embrace the upgrades to the centre and get excited about their new space!

If you haven’t done your 24/7 membership induction yet, please speak to the team at the Wodonga Sports and Leisure Centre and we can issue your 24/7 access wrist band.

Spartan Race Australia!

Well done to all the Small Group Training Team on their massive achievements over the Bright Spartan Race Weekend. They have all been training together over the past year in preparation for this weekend, never leaving a man/woman behind.

We had 7 team members doing their first ever Spartan Race, 1 who finished the Hurricane Heat and the 7km, 3 completed the 7km Sprint race, 2 completed the 14km Super race and 2 who smashed the 21km Beast! One of our members was participating in the 21km beast for the second time and she smashed her time from last year.

We had 2 members and one of our very own PT’s James who completed not 1, not 2, but all 3 over the weekend! This is known as the Trifecta.

A massive congratulations to those involved, all your hard work and training paid off and now you can all call yourselves “Spartan”. Bring on next year!!


Our new Virtual classes

Our new summer timetable began this month with over 60 new virtual classes added!! Its been great to see the members enjoying the new options such as Sh’bam and BodyCombat! Our virtual RPM classes have also been a hit and the feedback from you all has been fantastic!

If you do want to request a class outside business hours during our 24/7 access periods, please see Rachael Vyner our Fitness Captain and she will be happy schedule a class at any time that suits.


New Squats and Tots class!

Our new squats and tots class commenced this month! This class is being held on the grass outside childcare and gives our members the freedom to bring their little ones along to a workout.

Nicole Batten will run you through a workout whilst your child can enjoy playing in the sandpit or with toys provided by us. This way you can enjoy getting a workout in the sunshine while also having your children nearby.

Squats and Tots is held 9.30am Tuesdays and Thursdays. No bookings required.



Relentless was formally our small group training program. Relentless consists of functional strength and cardio training run on a 4-week program aiming to aid participants with progression in their strength and endurance capabilities. Coaches will provide specialist training with varied WOD’s.

These classes will include the recording of your results as well as the Relentless* never not give up attitude and the support of your team.
