8 week Relentless Challenge
This program is aimed at individuals who are ready to step up their training to the next level. Have you plateaued? Hit your fitness goals but don’t know where to go from here? Had experience with resistance training and can’t seem to increase those weights?
Some previous gym and resistance training recommended.
14th October – 7th December (Relentless Throwdown comp Wednesday 11th December for a finisher goal)
- Includes unlimited relentless classes – Plus a bonus weekend outdoor bootcamp style class each Saturday.
- Nutrition plan from Happy Apple Nutrition – Sports specific nutrition plan, ongoing contact from Happy Apple Nutrition, available for consultations, varied plans aimed at your fitness level and specific goals.
- Nutrition plan, shopping lists and recipes. All accessible through an App which is downloadable and printable.
- Nutritional seminars and info nights throughout the challenge.
- One hour long personalized one on one session a week with a relentless coach to improve on areas you need to work on (core strength, lifting, endurance, mobility etc).
- Weekly training program including recovery sessions, cardio sessions and mobility sessions as well as your two relentless sessions a week.
- Private Facebook group for support.
- Body scans.
