Sessions and Bookings

In line with current Government restrictions, we've made some temporary changes to our operations to support your safe return including the introduction of 60 minute pre-booked sessions.

On this page you will find all of the information you need to know to take advantage of these sessions.

Pool Sessions

Now open and taking bookings

- $5.50 per session 

- Available for lap swimming and rehabilitation only

- 60 minute pre-booked sessions only (includes arrival and departure)

- Photo ID required on arrival

- 20 person capacity per session (includes lap pool and program pool)

- 3 swimmers per lane

- Change rooms and showers remain closed. Toilets remain available.

- Lockers temporarily unavailable

- Spa and sauna remain closed

- Aqua Classes not available at this time.

Please remember, online bookings open for each session exactly 48 hours prior to the session time for members.

Membership fees currently remain on suspension. All bookings will incur a session fee of $5.50.

If booking a session for Friday 5 June onwards, you will need to pay online via our portal at the time of booking. 

If you are unable to or uncomftable with paying online, please contact our team (02) 6058 2555 to discuss alternative payment option. 

  • To request access to our online booking portal click HERE
  • Once you have received confirmation via email that your access is available, login to our booking portal by clicking HERE using your email account as the username (Note: this must be the email address linked to your membership)
  • If you are a first time user, your email address linked to your membership is your username and the default password is 'Waves1234'. You will be prompted to change this on your first login.
  • To make a booking:
    • Click “Book Online”
    • Click your desired booking date
    • Click your desired session time. Available sessions will be blue. Unavailable sessions will be orange.
    • Click "Book now!" at the bottom right of screen.
    • A popup screen will appear asking "Are you sure?". Click "Ok" to confirm your booking.
    • You will be redirected to the 'My Bookings' screen where you can view all of your session bookings.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking. Please ensure you read all of the information prior to your session.

If you have any issues with logging into your account or booking a session online you can contact our team on (02) 6058 2555.

Alternatively, please submit a web enquiry form by clicking HERE and a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible.

Please remember, online bookings open for each session exactly 24 hours prior to the session time for casual visitors and non members.

All bookings will incur a session fee of $5.50.

FOR FIRST TIME ONLINE CUSTOMERS:

  • Access our booking portal by clicking HERE
  • To make a booking:
    • Click your desired booking date
    • Click “Book” to the right of your desired session time, remembering sessions open for booking exactly 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. An error message will show if you try to book earlier than this time.
    • Enter all of your contact and emergency details. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisks (*)
    • Click "Next Step" at the bottom left of screen
    • Check all of your booking details are correct.
    • If all details are correct, click "Book Now!"
    • A popup screen will appear asking "Are you sure?". Click "Ok" to confirm your booking.
    • A class booking successful screen will appear and your booking is complete.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking a short time after. Please ensure you read all of the information prior to your session.

FOR RETURNING ONLINE CUSTOMERS:

      • Access our booking portal by clicking HERE
      • Log in to your account by entering your username (email address) and password.
      • To make a booking:
        • Click “Book Online”
        • Click your desired booking date
        • Click your desired session time. Available sessions will be blue. Unavailable sessions will be orange.
        • Click "Book now!" at the bottom right of screen.
        • A popup screen will appear asking "Are you sure?". Click "Ok" to confirm your booking.
        • You will be redirected to the 'My Bookings' screen where you can view all of your session bookings.
        • You will receive a confirmation email with details of your booking. Please ensure you read all of the information prior to your session.
