Winter is almost over and the sun is beginning to shine. Which means our new Spring timetable is on its way!!
New Spring Timetable
Commencing 2nd September we are excited to release some fantastic additions to your current timetable!
Beginning September 3rd, we have a new 30 min Swiss Ball Small group class with Sylvia at 10:15am. Limited to 15 participants and spots will fill up fast. With a mix of Cardio, core and strength, this class will have something for every fitness level. As with all of Sylvia’s classes this is sure to be a fun and energetic experience.
We have a brand new Boxing class commencing on September 12th with our new instructor Matt. Matt is trained in boxing and conditioning and is looking forward to bringing something new to the centre in the form of a technique driven cardio boxing class. Bring a friend, partner up and join in a great high energy workout on Thursday evenings at 5:30pm.
We have added a Body Step class on Friday nights at 5.30pm, as well as 8:15am Sunday mornings with Pam. Or you might be keen to do a double class, Body pump and CX Worxs with Sylvia on a Saturday morning, starting at 8:15am.
Also, a big welcome back to Annie who will be taking over the Thursday morning 6am Body Pump time slot. You have been missed Annie.
Our newest instructors Emily and Tamie have definitely hit the ground running with their new classes. Emily takes the 6am Body Balance on Thursdays and Tamie now takes the 10:15am CX Worx class on Fridays. Welcome to the team girls.

Equipment Repairs
AS many of you may be aware, we have had some machines in need of repair recently in the health club. We are happy to inform you that the machines will all be repaired by the end of August. This includes the spin bikes in the cycle studio that have been out of action. Thank you to those members who have been patient with us while we resolve these issues. IT is much appreciated.
Health Club Challenge
The health club challenge for this month has been maximum Burpees in 1 min!! Hmmmm not many names on the board this month! We all don’t like burpees but what doesn’t challenge you won’t change you! There is still time with only a few days left of this month to get this challenge in. Give this one a go and see one of our health club staff today.
