In our Health Club space, you may have noticed as you are walking in on your left hand side we have our 2020 goals board. We would love to hear what your goals are for 2020 and we would also love to help you achieve those goals. If you feel like you have plateaued and need some extra guidance with your training and nutrition please see one of our trainers in the gym or book in a time to see a trainer at the front desk.
Monthly Health Club Challenge:
Our monthly challengers are back in the gym. If you would like to test your core strength and muscular endurance by taking on the Max Plank Hold please see one of our trainers today and they will record your time. Good luck!
Ash from Nutrition Warehouse is coming in on Wednesday the 26th of February from 5pm – 7pm to provide us with some samples. Samples he will be providing on the day will be a variety of thermogenics, protein powders and bcaa’s (branched-chain amino acids). Ash will be located in the gym and he will be providing 10% discount vouchers on the night. We will also run a couple of little challengers for our members and there will be prizes for 1st place and some other giveaways so if your free please come down.
