Banana & Oat Pancakes

Banana & Oat Pancakes

Ingredients:

1 Egg

1 Ripe banana

½ Cup Oats

Optional: A dash of milk

 

Blitz oats in food processor until fine. Add banana & egg and blitz until blended. Pour into non stick frying pan, cook until golden brown on both sides. Top with mixed berries and sugar free maple syrup.
