What a month it’s been, and October is set to be our biggest month yet! The health club and group fit space has seen some great member interaction this month!! We are all so excited for things to come!
Health club member challenge! The MAX BAR HANG!
It was great seeing even more of our members get involved with this month’s challenge. It’s fantastic to see some of the members getting quite competitive with each other as well as with the staff. Our max hang for the month in the men’s section goes to Nick Jordon with an amazing time of 2:13 and for the lady’s best time goes to our own Nicole Roberts with a time of 1:30! Well done to both of you! As for overall improvement on time again congratulations to Nick Jordon! Amazing improvement from 1:40 – 2:13 over three weeks or so!
The October member challenge will be MAX SKIPS IN 2 MINUTES! We look forward to seeing your results!
Improvements in the health club!
We were all excited to see the inclusion of nightlife in the health club and the feedback from you all has been fantastic and its great to see everyone enjoying the freedom of choosing your own music! To coincide with this, we have also had a major upgrade of our audio system in the gym, so your music is sounding better then ever!
We have also welcomed Lisa Moodie to the team!! Lisa was a previous health club instructor her at the center a few years ago and we are happy to welcome her back! I’m sure you will all get to know Lisa’s happy cheerful persona. Lisa is always up for a chat and of course like all our health club staff willing to help whenever needed!
We look forward to seeing the new improvements to the gym and health club space this month and can’t wait to hear what all our members think too! Please keep that feedback coming! From all of us in health club and group fit keep it up and see you in the center soon!
