Health Club Challenge
February saw the return of our Health Club challenges!!
This month was the Plank challenge. Well done to everyone who got involved. With personal trainer Aaron Morgan leading the pack with a 10 min plank (I think we’ll have to double check the cctv footage for correct form on this) someone needs to beat his time in the next few days.
Next months challenge starts next week with the broad jump test!
Welcome to all our new members. This has been a record month for Fitness Assessments in the health club and we would like to welcome you to our Centre and thank you for joining our team. We look forward to seeing how your journey unfolds. Remember to book in your check in’s with your trainers to keep you on track. If it’s been a while since you have seen a trainer and you need a fresh program please feel free to book in for a Program Review anytime throughout your membership.
