Over the Victorian school holidays in conjunction with Felltimber Community Centre we held 4 Kids bootcamp session incorporating fun active games and exercises. Approximately 45 children attended the program over the 4 sessions. A lot of fun and laughter was had by all and the kids learnt the importance of keeping exercise fun through games such as life size tic tac toe, tug of war, boxing workshops and teamwork activities. Thank you to all who came along and we look forward to running similar sessions during school holidays in the future.
