NEW SPRING TIMETABLE RELEASED!
September saw the release of the new updates on our spring timetable, incorporating some new classes and changes as requested by our members.
Our New Swiss Ball class on Tuesdays at 10:15am has been a huge hit! with almost every class at full capacity. Sylvia’s fun and energetic programming has been seeing lots of happy, smiling and sweaty faces leaving the group fit room on Tuesday morning and the feedback has been amazing.
An addition to our Relentless program with a new 30 min HIT class starts at 5:30pm and is ran by the ever-energetic Chantal. She has also included those who may be a little time poor and want a quick fast paced session before heading home. Please bring along a friend and try your first group fitness class for free.
Our new technique driven Boxing class with Matt has also taken off only two weeks into the program. This class is designed to show you correct positioning and concentrates on ensuring you have your technique mastered to prevent injury and to increase power in your movement.

RELENTLESS 8 WEEK CHALLENGE
We are extremely excited to announce that we have partnered with Happy Apple Nutrition to bring an amazing 8 week program which will commence on October 14th.
Have you been in the fitness game for sometime and have stopped seeing results, plateaued and just don’t know how to progress to the next level? This program is designed to help you level up with your fitness.
With sports specific nutrition coaching from the team and Happy Apple Nutrition incorporating weekly meal plans, shopping list and recipes on one easy to follow App. One on one weekly coaching from our functional training Relentless coaches as well as unlimited Relentless classes, including a challenge exclusive new Saturday morning outdoor bootcamp class. We will be with you every step of the way to help you achieve your fitness goals.
