No bake choc tart with berries

Ingredients

Crust: 

1 & 3/4 cup oats

2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup

2 tbs coconut oil

1/2 tsp salt

 

Filling:

1/3 cup sugar free maple syrup

1/3 cup coconut oil

1/3 cup coconut milk

2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch salt

 

Topping: 

Fresh mixed berries

Kiwi fruit

Coconut flakes

 

Blitz’s oats in food processor (keep it a little chunky for texture). Add all other ingredients until everything is combined. Place in 9 inch pie tin and press until firm. Refrigerate while you make the filling. Place all filling ingredients in food processor until completely blended. Fill base and sprinkle with coconut flakes, cover with fresh berries and sliced kiwi fruit. For the filling to set, refrigerate for 4 hrs.
