Virtual Group Fitness has arrived!

The time has come to experience group fitness like you have never experienced before.

To compliment our great range of classes we have released our new 2018 Group Fitness schedule which includes the new and innovative range of Les Mills Virtual.

Comprising such options as:

  • BodyPump
  • CX Worx
  • RPM
  • Body Combat
  • Body Balance PLUS Sh’Bam there is now no barrier to allowing you to get your Group Fitness fix.

We are extremely excited to bring this new option to the Albury Wodonga community which will compliment our much loved instructor led options.

We will be showcasing and profiling our Virtual Program over the coming weeks and in the meantime you can view your new Group Fitness Schedule which is effective from Monday 19th November.
