Your Winter Motivation

Diane has been a member with us for the past couple of years and she’s loving being back at our Centre. Di is one of our Group Fitness regulars that enjoys participating in 2-3 RPM and Spinning classes a week. Di also mixes up her training by incorporating gym sessions where she follows her gym program and completes home workouts.

The one thing Di missed the most was the connection that she had made with other members and staff members. She has made some lovely friendships along the way since joining our Centre.

Di is super excited to be back training with us!!
